With luxurious design and the highest standards of halachic detail, the Mikvah of the Pocono Mountains serves as a beautiful, convenient, and welcoming place for residents and tourists alike to experience the foundational Mitzvah of Mikvah.
Following years of vision, and with blessings from Above, the Mikvah has finally become a reality. The Jewish community of Monroe County, in partnership with Mikvah USA, has built this state-of-the-art Mikvah that is finally ready to open its doors!

Following years of engineering, construction, and designing, the Mikvah of the Poconos is now ready to serve the area's growing Jewish community and thousands of tourists who visit each year.
The Mikvah is open by appointment only.

Who is the Mikvah Serving?

There are approximately 10,000 Jews who call the Pocono region home. This new Mikvah gives local families a convenient and accessible way to fulfill the beautiful Mitzvah of Mikvah.

Being just two hours out of New York City, the Pocono Mountains is a well sought destination for camping and hiking in the summer, and skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Throughout the year, thousands of Jewish families visit the Pocono Mountain region. The Mikvah of the Pocono Mountains will now enrich the lives of these vacationing families, ensuring that even wheil away, the Mitzvah of Mikvah can be performed with utmost beauty and halachic detail.

Every summer, there are over a dozen Jewish camps and yeshiva programs occurring throughout the Pocono Mountains. In addition, with two yeshivas already in the local township. We aim to provide them with this essential service.
